BELLAIRS, GEORGE, 11, Star Road, Deck Hand, Royal Naval Reserve (T). Died 15.11.19 at home from tuberculosis contracted whilst serving on HMS THEBAN.  

BENTLEY, GEORGE THOMAS, Scotney Street, 154411, Chief Petty Officer, Royal Naval Reserve. Accidentally drowned at Portsmouth 26.8.14. Awarded Long Service and Good Conduct Medals, also Royal Humane Society Medal for life saving, 26.1.07. Buried in Haslar Cemetery, Grave E.21.11.

BLOODWORTH, REGINALD GEORGE, Peterborough, 33702, Seaman. Killed in action 31.5.16. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 12.

BOWLES, HORACE WILLIAM EDWIN, 119, Crown Street, 4800, Signalman, HMS OTRANTO. Wrecked off the coast of Scotland 6.10.18. Buried at Kilchoman, Island of Islay, Scotland.

BOWLY, EDMUND MANSED, Minster Precincts, Lieutenant, Royal Navy. Went down with his ship 12.1.18 off the coast of Scotland. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 28.

BROWN, ARTHUR, Manor Farm, Walton, 2628, Able Seaman, 63rd Royal Naval Division (Hood Battalion). Died of wounds 14.10.17 in Belgium. 1914 Star. Buried at Duhallow ADS Cemetery, Ypres, Grave I.E.09.

CLAPPERTON, JAMES HUGH, 119, Lincoln Road, Major, Royal Field Artillery, Royal Naval Division (Hood Battalion). Died of wounds 7.5.17 at the Duchess of Westminsters Hospital, Le Touquet. Buried at Etaples Military Cemetery, Grave XVII.C.14.  

CLIFFE, HAROLD DE WET, 130, St. Pauls Road, 4923, Able Seaman, Royal Naval Division, (Hood Battalion). Killed in action 30.12.17 on the Somme. Commemorated on Thiepval Memorial, Panel 1a.

FORTH, HARRY, 10, Hankey Street, 1547, Private, 1st Royal Marine Light Infantry. Killed in action 28.4.17 near Arras, France. Commemorated on Arras Memorial, Panel 1.  

GIBSON, ROBERT, 13, Wellington Street, Seaman, HMS FORMIDABLE. Lost with ship 1.1.15. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 6.

HARDY, REGINALD, Granville Street, 2409, Able Seaman, HMS DOMINION. Died of sickness, pneumonia, 25.10.18 at the Royal Hospital, Chatham. Buried in Wakefield Cemetery, Yorkshire, Grave 2.3.3148.

HOPE, HARRY, Peterborough, 219419, Able Seaman, Royal Navy, HMS QUEEN MARY. Killed in action 31.5.16 when his ship was sunk at the Battle of Jutland. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 13.

HUGHES, HARRY DAVID, 136, Star Road, 3160, Able Seaman, 63rd Royal Naval Division (Hawke Battalion). Reported missing, later reported killed in action 27.3.18 on the Somme. Commemorated on Pozieres Memorial, Panel 1.  

JOHNSON, ALBERT EDWARD, Providential Place, Chief Petty Officer, Royal Navy. Died of influenza, November 1918.  

JOHNSON, ERNEST, 84, Mayors Walk, 236865, Leading Seaman, HMS INVINCIBLE. Lost with ship 31.5.16 in the Battle of Jutland. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 20.

KIMBLIN, ERNEST, 614, Gladstone Street, 3891, Seaman, 63rd Royal Naval Division, (Drake Battalion). Killed in action 3.9.18.  Commemorated on Vis-en-Artois Memorial, Panels 1/2.

LANE, WALTER, 8, Orchard Street, Woodston, 3150, Private, 63rd Royal Naval Division, (Nelson Battalion). Killed in action 19.1.18 age 20. Commemorated on Thiepval Memorial, Panel 1a.

MALPRESS, GEORGE WILLIAM, 56, New Road, Able Seaman, HMS QUEEN MARY. Killed in action 31.5.16 in the Battle of Jutland. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 13.

PARTRIDGE, HERBERT SIDNEY, 52, Walpole Street, Petty Officer, HMS BULWARK. Killed in explosion 26.11.14 on board ship. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 1.  

POYSER, ALFRED FRANK LESLIE, Gladstone Street, Seaman, Royal Navy. Accidentally drowned 12.7.18 in the Thames. Buried in Peterborough (Paston Church) Cemetery.

PRESTON, WILLIAM R, 62, St. Pauls Road, Private, Royal Marine Light Infantry. killed in explosion 26.5.15 on HMS PRINCESS IRENE in Sheerness Harbour. Buried in Gillingham (Woodlands) Cemetery, Grave Naval 20.1038.

RATE, WILLIAM ROBERT, 27, Taverners Road, 196037, Able Seaman, HMS SPEY. Died at Kesteven Hospital of mental trouble through active service 11.4.19.  

RICE, CECIL FRANK, 475, Gladstone Street, 7200, Engineer Artificer, HM Submarine E5. Believed sunk in action 11.3.16 in the North Sea. Commemorated on Chatham Naval Memorial, Panel 17.

SAVIDGE, ALBERT EDWARD, 87, Rogers Street, Stoker 1st Class, Royal Navy. Lost with ship 15.10.18. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Panel 30.
